If you have a Department of Defense window decal and identification card, you can pass through the MP checkpoint at the corner of Dickman and Harry Wurzbach Roads. Turn North on Dickman and follow it around by the old main hospital whereupon it becomes Stanley Road going South. Parking is across Stanley from the Museum. Visitors can now enter the Harry Wurzbach gate which is the closest to the museum, must also have picture ID for all individuals in the vehicle. If all you have is a picture ID, you must use one of the two visitor entrances on post. These are on Binz-Englelman Road by the new BAMC and Walters Road, both accessible from I-35. Stay on Binz-Engleman past BAMC until you cross the railroad tracks and Salado Creek. As you come up the hill, bear left onto Schofield Road (past the fire station) until you get to Dickman. Turn Right (North) and follow past the old main hospital as above. If you come in on Walters, Keep going North where it becomes Scott Road until you reach Schofield. Turn left (West) on Schofield to get to Dickman and follow it North as explained above.
